Manuel “Manny” Brown is a podcaster, blogger, husband + father, IT Professional, veteran. Unfortunately, God did not bless him with the athletic traits to play sports but has been avid fan of sports for over 25 years. Fueled by his passion, curiosity, and a strong desire for learning and challenging the status quo, Manny Brown is one of the most knowledgeable young sports commentators in the business.

After spending 5 years in the United States Army, Manuel has transitioned to a successful career in the Civilian sector as an IT Professional. In 2016, Manuel decided to pursue his first love, which is sports. He has been the host of "Any Given Sunday", a Sunday Morning sports podcast.

In his spare time, you can find him at the movies, languishing in agony over another Mets, or Jets loss, or trying to be the best father to three beautiful children.
